How to add a bot to Fluxer

Add Pluuty to a Fluxer server

Pluuty is hosted. You are adding a bot to Fluxer, not installing software on a VPS.

1. Open Invite and choose Add to Fluxer.
2. Pick the server. Continue with Administrator so every module can see channels and roles.
3. Sign in to the dashboard with the same Fluxer account.
4. Enable moderation logs, then automod invite filters, then welcome.
5. In chat, try !help or !ping (prefix default !).

Customer-managed Fluxer instance? Connect it over OAuth from the dashboard. The instance stays yours. Pluuty stays hosted.

After the bot joins

• Set staff access to match Fluxer staff ranks. Glossary: staff ranks.
• Create a log channel before you test bans or mass deletes.
• Turn on modmail if members should reach staff in DMs.
• Optional: leveling, giveaways, music.

FAQ

Can I add Pluuty without Administrator? You can, but modules will fail until you grant channel, role, and timeout permissions. Administrator on the first add is the reliable path.
