Fluxer channel tickets
Pluuty tickets open a private text channel in your Fluxer server. This is not DM modmail. Members react on a panel or run !ticket (alias !new). Staff claim, reply in the channel, and close with !close.
What's included
Panels, intake questions, support hours, hosted transcripts, idle autoclose, image save, stats, and dashboard reply are all included free.
