Modmail and tickets on Fluxer with Pluuty

Public @Mod pings do not scale. Pluuty modmail gives members a private path to staff with a logged trail inside your Fluxer server.

Why modmail

• Members are not guessing which staff DMs are safe
• Staff share context in-thread instead of screenshots
• You can close, reopen, and audit conversations later

Setup outline

1. Enable Modmail in the dashboard.
2. Pick a staff category or inbox channel pattern your mods already watch.
3. Publish a short #support blurb: how to open mail (command or instruct members per your config).
4. Train staff to always leave a closing note.

Pair modmail with cases when a ticket becomes a warn or ban.
